A CHANCE FOR THE

DOMESTIC COMPANIES

EFFECTS

The domestic companies earned 30 million Euros from the activities executed
by the foreign investors. The cooperation of the domestic companies with the
foreign investors has multiplying effects through generation of faster economic
growth, opening new jobs and transfer of knowledge and technologies to the
Macedonian business sector. This is a type of synergy between the foreign
investors and the local companies. The foreign companies offer jobs and at
the same time they create opportunities for the local suppliers to employ
additional domestic labor force. This increases the use of the potentials of the
Macedonian industry.
