In addition to the educational ac-
tivities, the Club members have nu-
merous benefits which arise from the
membership. One of the benefits is the
opportunity for networking on several
channels. Tell us something about this.

J. Georgieva: The Club of Managers
– Entrepreneurs is a network of small
and medium-sized enterprises, whose
members include representatives from
the management team of the compa-
nies, who use the numerous benefits
within the Club, in the part of: finding
business partners from this country
and from abroad, promotions, coop-
eration of the domestic with foreign
companies and creation of chains of
suppliers, support in the utilization of
the EU funds, offer of a tool for elec-
tronic conformation of the companies’
creditworthiness, use of arbitration
for the resolution of the economic dis-
putes and quick collection of the ar-
rears, provision of legal support and
consultation services, preparation of
professional economic and legal analy-
ses from renowned national and inter-
national centers for research, etc. The
latest tool that we introduce in the
Club, and in the Chamber in general,
is a support of the companies through
mediation as an efficient way to re-
solve a specific dispute.

There are also benefits that are re-
lated to the legal aspects of the compa-
nies’ operation. What do you provide
to the Club members in this regard?
