We cannot change the average of the masses – the people,
which is 80% (following the rule 80:20), however we can change
the energy we exhaust from them through the magical power
of the “tool patriotism”, and everything in the function of
entrepreneurial development, and with a retransfer of more
than 1.6 billion Euros of foreign currency inflows to our (when I
say our, I refer to the Albanian) diaspora, which, believe it or not,
are as much as 23% of the GDP. How? With the construction of
the so called free economic zone which will be exceptionally
intended for our diaspora according to the principle of the
other free economic zones

there will be no profit, and therefore
there will be no state development. Any-
way, let us not forget the fact according
to which in modern market economies
which are dominant in the world order,
there is a narrow connection between
the expressions of the entrepreneurial
function and the microeconomic devel-
opment. More precisely, in these highly
developed economies, there are increas-
ing opportunities for free performance
of the entrepreneurs, they have much
better development performances, and
of course, much faster growth and de-
velopment compared to us.
Hence, I would conclude that entre-
preneurship cannot be understood only
as a production factor, it cannot be un-
derstood as a resource added to Marx’s
set of factors, or a tool for their simple of the “tool patriotism”, and everything
combinations, rather it is increasingly
becoming a modern business and devel-
opment philosophy of a country. This
must be immediately understood in the
same way in my country. However, have
we asked ourselves how the entrepre-
neur should be understood as a repre-
sentative of the philosophy called en-
trepreneurship. He is certainly a person
who combines the production factors,
on one hand, and maximizes the effects
of their former values, on the other
hand. How? By introducing changes, in-
novations and new order in his organi-
zation.
Dear readers, now while you are read-

ing this part, I am convinced that you
have a partial attitude on that basis, as
follows: to a part of you, this same per-
sonality (entrepreneur) is the creator
of innovative values in the company,
while for the rest of you, this person is
an aggressive competitor who does not
take care of specific norms and rules of
games in the very organization. Namely,
as long as a slight percentage of opin-
ions such as the second one prevails in
this country of mine, things will move
much more difficult than normal. How-
ever, we must agree about one thing:
the entrepreneur is a thinker and a
very responsible worker. The academi-
cian Fiti in 1994 rightfully stated (and I
completely agree with this): “not every
venture, and not every individual can
be called entrepreneur, rather only the
ones who use the new idea and innova-
tion as an opportunity for new achieve-
ments, they apply it, and they realize it
with profit”.
Therefrom, I ask myself: Doesn’t
Macedonia need such individuals, such
modern patriots? Isn’t this patriotism
in modern conditions of action? Is party
affiliation required for such persons, or
is ethnicity important for the realiza-
tion of the new idea and innovation?
The answer is simple. NO! Motivation is
necessary for such persons, the country
should make them feel “great” and “im-
portant” in the system called Macedo-
nia. “The system” knows how to do this.
