lation in the American society, such intervention of
the country is considered a political blasphemy of
the foundations of liberal capitalism. Not only that
this is hardly acceptable for the broad public, but it
also represents an open political war with the nu-
merous lobbies of the American corporations. The
second element is the exemption from the participa-
tion in the state higher education institutions. Again
to us who come from European political traditions,
it is not a matter of a too controversial measure, but
to Americans this would imply open war with the
large educational companies and lobby groups. This
includes: measures to reduce pollution and tighten-
ing of the conditions for the environmentally unjus-
tified extraction of shale oil; progressive increase of recipe and it was implemented to a certain degree
taxes of the rich and introduction of separate taxes
for the stock exchange transactions; termination of
the Asian trade agreements, primarily with China,
as well as a revision of the inter-American trade con-
tracts “NAFTA” and “CAFTA”, all in order to stop the
creation of job positions by the American corpora-
tions beyond the US borders; change in the external
policy of resolution of problems forcibly etc. These
measures, although controversial for the Americans,
better express the preparedness of Bernie Sanders
for the uncompromising fight with corporate Amer-
ica rather than being a controversial choice of the
American voters. With regard to controversy, Sand-
ers demonstrated a greater degree of radicalism for
the so called social and civil issues. His portfolio
includes full legalization of marihuana, complete
equalization of same-sex marriage and traditional
marriages, the right to health care service accord-
ing to citizenship, reforms of the police, inclusion of

minority groups etc. In this regard, the political ana-
lysts at the beginning declared Bernie Sanders an un-
electable candidate with too many radical attitudes
that the American audience is not prepared to ac-
cept and who cannot consider the support of a single
great lobby group in America. This handicap is one
of the most important attributes of the political phe-
nomenon Bernie Sanders. At the beginning he pub-
licly announced a political fight of the middle and
the low class against corporate America. The fight
to eliminate corporate influence in the political pro-
cess started with his decision to abandon the clas-
sical sponsoring of his campaign through campaign
donations and invited the citizens to help in his po-
litical fight with small donations. This is not a new
within Obama’s campaign as well. I say, to a certain
degree, because Sanders for the first time completely
abandoned the so called “Super PAC” sponsoring and
decided to rely financially only on small donations by
the individuals. After the announcement, in only 24
hours his Headquarters collected more than 1.5 mil-
lion dollars, an amount which doubled to 3 million
dollars in the following 5 days, received from more
than 75 thousand donations, with 73 dollars on aver-
age. Until the end of September, Sanders’s donations
reached 26 million dollars, only two million dollars
less than the favorite Hillary Clinton who organized
a dozen of donor conferences for her campaign. Ac-
tually, Sanders’ success in the collection of small
donations, according to its size, exceeded Obama’s
success in the campaign for his first mandate, which
was considered a political miracle until then.
What additionally surprised the political ana-
lysts in the United States was the success of Sand-
