This graph indicates the days of collection Source: National bank of the republic of macedonia
of current receivables, observed according NET PROFIT MARGIN OF THE CORPORATE
to specific activities, as one of the indicators SECTOR IN THE REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA (2015)
of the efficiency of use of funds within the
corporate sector in the republic of macedonia.
basically the chart is a clear indicator why the
problem of insolvency is one of the most urgent
problems of the real sector in the macedonian
economy. At the level of an entire corporate
sector there is no change of the number of
days required for collection compared to 2014.
what is specific is that although in these past
years, structural engineering in general is the
driving force of the growth of the macedonian
economy, it needs the most time for collection
(226 days) and this number has increased for 18
days compared to 2014.

The graph shows the net profit margin as one of
the indicators of profitability of the corporate
sector in the republic of macedonia. In 2015,
for the entire sector it was 4.3%, which is an
improvement compared to 3.1% in 2014. The
net profit margin is positive in all activities, which
was not the case in 2014, when it had a negative
value in the activities of agriculture, forestry and
fishing. Compared to 2014, the net profit margin
is improved in all activities, with the exception of
the activity of information and communications.
Still, despite of this, the net profit margin in this
activity remains higher compared to the other
activities.
